As of March 28, there have been cases of spoofed e-mails sent both internally and externally, purporting to be thank-you letters from our support desk. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are taking countermeasures, but with recent news reports of cyber attacks, etc., it is expected to continue for some time.
If you receive an e-mail from a domain other than the domain of our support desk (@chlosh.com) or if the subject line is suspicious, please delete it without opening it.
Please judge attachments and links in the text carefully and delete them as well.
